07.11.2016 The regional project on Knowledge Management has been presented at the regional conference in Almaty

The project Knowledge Management and Capacity Building in Russia-UNDP Partnership, Phase I was presented by Natalia Voronkova, the Project Manager, at the Regional Conference Towards a Common Vision for Agenda 2030 in Central Asia on 24 November in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Dmitry Maksimychev, the Russian MFA Deputy Director of the Department of International Organizations, reported about successful implementation of Russia-UNDP Partnership and shared his vision concerning Russias role as a donor in international development assistance.
The Conference brought together national (from five countries of Central Asia) and international partners: representatives of national authorities responsible for different sectors, SDG focal points within government and UNDP Country Offices, policy makers and technical experts in SDGs and Central Asia, educators from governments and NGOs, UN regional organizations and UN agencies, GiZ, IFAS involved in the implementation of Agenda 2030.
