Since the first stages of the UNDP / GEF Project "Energy efficiency of buildings in the North-West of Russia," one of the barriers to implementation of modern systems of energy saving measures has been identified skills shortages in this field. The main reason for this is that today formed system of training and retraining does not fully meet the needs of housing and communal services in the field of modern energy saving .
The project paid a lot of attention to the educational component, the intermediate results of which were presented in the V Forum "Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Management ".
The event was held on April 23 in Rostov-on-Don on the basis of the Southern Federal University and was attended by more than 200 experts from all over Russia, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science of RF and the "Center of energy efficiency INTER RAO UES"
During the roundtable, "Energy efficiency standards: organizations of education and science"Assistant of UNDP / GEF Project "Energy efficiency of buildings in the North-West of Russia" Maria Klochkova presented a system of continuous education from primary school to the people of the third age and appropriate educational programs.
Also in the presentation was paying particular attention to the development of the concept of online education, which means that anyone can connect through the network and gain knowledge in the field of energy saving remotely.
The report noted that the creation of this system was to ensure the continuation of all educational modules for continuing education a person throughout life.
Since all developed under the Project training courses are in the public domain, gathered representatives of educational institutions were invited to further cooperation in the field of approbation.
